Returns & Refund Policy

If you not happy with your purchase please contact us at: lillyandbright@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We will respond to arrange return of the product. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Exclusions
Custom / personalised items cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the returned item and are happy with its condition, we will confirm by email and issue you a full refund excluding postage costs.  Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for processing time of 4/5 days once we make the refund.
Damaged ITEMS
If your order is delivered damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item at no postage cost.
Your IRL statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy.
